Plantation Oaks

I enjoyed my stay. I honestly just needed a decent, inexpensive room for the night because I had to be up early for a function in Memphis and I live 2 hours away so I didn’t want to have to get up ridiculously early. Staff was nice! At one point, I tolerated some boys from a college sports team slamming doors of the rooms around mine and yelling in the hallway for about an hour before I called down to the front desk. I’m not a confrontational person haha. I hated having to complain but it was getting late and I needed rest. The gentleman at the front desk heard my concerns and only minutes later, the slamming doors and yelling went completely silent. So I appreciated that very much. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Tv worked and I was able to access YouTube on it to watch my true crime haha! The phone didn’t work (needed a wake up call) but they did take the note down for maintenance to look. My saint of a dad ended up being my wake up call. I honestly wasn’t really upset about the phone since it’s the day and age of cell phones lol. Plus everything else in the room was great! Anyways, all in all, I’ve stayed in far worse accommodations and I have stayed in 4 star hotels. This hotel was up to standard for the price and purposes! If I’m in the area again, I would more than likely book my stay here.

The location was perfect for the baseball tournament we were attending. The part we stayed in was newer with an indoor hallway leading to the rooms. The other part of the hotel had exterior doors. The breakfast was much larger than expected with multiple options. It was mostly items that could be microwaved to be warm like pancakes and sausage bicsuits with lots of cereal bar and pastry options and yogurt and fruit. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The beds were nice and the air was cold. Our room was large enough for our family of 4. My husband rebooked this hotel the following weekend for work.

Good location for my event. Good pricing for the room. Everything in the room worked and the bathroom was quite acceptable.

Very comfortable room; very clean. Staff was very accommodating in meeting the needs of my husband; they changed us to an accessible room so that my husband had the use of a recliner to sleep in. Easy access to the room. Breakfast was the usual fare for a budget hotel. Well worth the money!

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Pets were very welcome. Room was fine for a pet stay.
